Double Pendulum Head Five-axis Gantry Milling Center

High stability: box-in-box symmetrical crossbeam structure design for high speed and stability keeping.

High accuracy retention: RTCP 0.030mm, adopt synchronized drive technology: front and rear servo motors + planetary reducer, X and Y direction through the rack and pinion + dual motor backlash to ensure the machining profile accuracy, full closed-loop control of the absolute value of the scale

High acceleration: maximum acceleration 0.4G, rapid speed 40m/min, feeding speed 20m/min.

High rigidity and strength: fixed worktable, Z-axis adopts four large size linear rolling guide way, can carry large torque cutting, as well as realize high speed machining, strong rigidity design to keep good accuracy retention, suitable for complex parts and high-precision mold machining.

Optimization of mechanical structure by finite element analysis to improve rigidity, strength, balance and stability.
