RMC665 CNC Moving Ganty Column Milling Center | |

Adopts full casting structure with strong vibration absorption and high accuracy retention. RMC55 series adopts ram moving type, replacing the traditional column moving type, solving the problem of column moving type affecting accuracy. RMC65 series column with gantry structure, large support area, strong rigidity, can realize the rapid movement of Y direction, avoiding the shortcomings of the traditional column moving type with slow Y direction movement speed and center of gravity shift. X direction slide adopts line rail base high and low fall type layout, which effectively improves the cutting resistance. Spindle can move parallel to the X direction linearly, and the support adopts 45mm linear guideway, which is convenient for tool setting and operation when machining long workpieces. The bed and table are integrated structure, which makes the machine rigid and stable. Especially suitable for machining long workpieces, and can also be divided into areas for machining, while machining and clamping, to realize the function of exchangeable table, to solve the problem of long-term use of the exchangeable table precision degradation. X-direction adopts high-precision grinding rack and pinion transmission, high precision and speed. Adopts fully closed cover, cutting and cutting fluid will not splash and can be effectively collected, effectively guaranteeing the production environment. |
