BMI One-body type: 16, 20 series

High-speed crossbeam mobile gantry

High stability: box-in-box symmetrical beam structure design for high speed and stability.

High speed: Maximum acceleration 0.4G, rapid traverse speed 40m/min, cutting speed 20m/min.

High precision: adopt synchronous transmission technology, front and rear servo motor + planetary reducer, X and Y through the rack and pinion + dual motor backlash to ensure the accuracy of the machining profile, full closed-loop control of the absolute value of the grating scale

High rigidity and high strength: fixed table, Z-axis more than four large-size ball-type line rail, large cutting volume, fast speed, high precision, ultra-rigid, suitable for large-volume products and high-precision mold processing.

Optimization of mechanical structure by finite element analysis to improve rigidity, strength, balance and stability.

Modular design of the guide rail seat proprietary technology of splicing process, which can realize the infinite possibilities of multi-section splicing in length.
