CNC Gantry Machining Center Dedicated for Titanium Alloy 22

1. High-strength, premium cast iron bed, significantly heavier than conventional ones, with excellent stability.

2. BT50-220 oversized spindle, front roller bearings to enhance cutting resistance; direct-drive gearbox provides ample torque.

3. X-axis 65mm extra-large roller guide, high load-bearing capacity, high precision.

4. Y-axis dual linear rail, hard rail composite design, balancing speed and rigidity.

5. Z-axis large-square sliding headstock, reinforced longitudinal rigidity.

6. Screw guide is a dedicated titanium alloy model, with load capacity more than 25% higher than Japanese and Taiwanese equivalents, strong vibration suppression, supported by major science and technology projects in Nanjing.

7. Actual measured efficiency increased by about 30%, tool life extended by about 27%.

8. Standard configuration includes high-pressure central water supply, oil mist collector, fully enclosed protection, suitable for high-efficiency titanium alloy machining.

The X-axis is precisely driven synchronously on both sides, with each side supported by two linear guides plus a rectangular rail. 

The Y-axis uses dual linear guides complemented by hard guides distributed vertically for strong support. 

The Z-axis square slide block uses hard rails.
